6 days until the Tri-Forces Sprint tri. My entire family's coming - can't wait! Here's this week's workouts to get there:
Monday
Day off (I may do an easy spin since I didn't get it in yesterday and took it as a rest day instead)
Tuesday
10 x 200 (working on form)
TNT
Spin
Wednesday
Swim - wu - 400 swim and drills; 20 x 50yd. with 20 sec. rest in btwn; Cool down - 300 kick/pull/ non free
Thursday
Bike - 90 min. ; wu 30 min/ 10 x 1 min. on 1 min. off/ cool down
TNT
Friday
Swim - wu with drills; Broken mile
Saturday
Run - Easy 4-6 miles (won't do)
TRI-FORCES SPRINT TRI
Sunday
Brick - 90 min. ride/20-30 min. run
