Monday - seriously I should rest

Since I took off Sunday, I decided I needed to get in a light bike ride. J and I went for a 9.1 mile ride and finally got off the W&OD trail! It was a pretty good ride. Average pace was 14.1 mph, so pretty slow. Just what I needed (and I was able to enjoy a beautiful "spring" day!).
