Race Schedule & Yearly Goals

2015 Races (ideas)
March - Shamrock 8k & Half - DNS - too many things going on :(
July 4 - The Greatest 4th in the North 5k - DONE!
November 29 - Space Coast Half Marathon, Cocoa Beach, FL - DONE!

2015 Goals (Set in 2014)
1) Work on speed for short races - Ultimate goal is to break 27 min for a 5k.
2) Maintain a healthy body weight & body fat composition (Get back to 2011 weight!)
3) Fit into my wetsuit
4) Incorporate yoga & foam rolling/TP Therapy
5) Fall in love with running and triathlon again
6) Do another bike only event
7) Keep the long events at bay. 2 half marathons. Everything else SHORT!
8) Continue to work on eating in a more Paleo style. Complete 2 rounds of Whole 30.

2015 New Goals (July 30)
1) Get thyroid back to a healthy state.
2) Start working out on a regular basis again. Make a plan and stick to it!
3) Eat more of a Paleo style.
4) Start training again.
5) Fall in love with running & triathlon again.
6) Incorporate yoga & foam rolling/TP Therapy.
