Today was a bit weird for me. I did TNT on one of my "old" TNT days - Monday! It was a good class - just 4 of us (all from the Tuesday 5pm class... wonder who he'll have today!). The gym was super hot. T really pushed me, which was good. Glad to have one of the two lifting workouts done for the week!
Oh! I asked if J told T about our 40 mile bike ride on Sunday. Apparently J didn't. One of the other ladies, was like "you rode 40 miles and you're still here?!" T told her I'm a freak. I laughed - but it is kind of true. :)
