Track - 5:15 am (You know you're in for a fun workout when there's nothing but the time listed!)
TNT - will have to do cardio before hand since I have to miss spin :(
Transition triathlon - Mental training (evening meeting)
Wednesday
Swim - wu - 400 swim and drills; 5 x 125 medium pace as follows:75 kick followed by 50 swim (:20 rest); 150 swim easy pace; 3 x 75 fast pace (:30 rest); Cool down 300 mixed strokes
Thursday
TNT
Bike - 90 min. ride
Friday
Swim - wu with drills; 5 x (100 swim, 100 pull, 100 kick)
Saturday
Run - Easy 4-6 miles
Sunday
Brick - 2 hour ride / 20 min. run
