March 15 - Shamrock 8k - DONE! 1:00:01
March 16 - Shamrock Half Marathon - DONE! 2:22:42 PR!!!!!
April - RRCA coaching certification class! Boston Marathon - cheering section!
May 31 - Zooma Annapolis Half Marathon - DNS
June 15 - Rev3 Williamsburg Half Tri - DNS
July 12 - Colonial Beach Sprint Tri - DONE! 2:00:55, so slow, but better than a DNS!
September 6 - Maine Lighthouse Ride - DONE!
September 20 - Dulles Day 5k on the Runway - DONE! 33:xx
October 4 - Disney's Tower of Terror 5k - DONE! 40:xx (super slow & trail)
October 4 - Disney's Tower of Terror 10 miler - DONE! 2:1x:xx (Disney is for fun!)
November 9 - Across the Bay 10k - DONE! No idea what the time was.
November 30 - Space Coast Half Marathon - DONE!
December 31 - Ringing in Hope 5k (maybe), Brambleton, VA - DONE!


2014 Sane Goals
1) Incorporate yoga & foam rolling into my routine.
2) Eat in more of a Paleo style. - Completed whole30! Will probably do another round.
3) Fit into my wetsuit again.

2014 Doable Goals
1) Run a 5k in under 27 minutes.
2) Run a half marathon in under 2:30. To date, my fastest half marathon was 2:33 (in January 2013). - DONE!!!!!

2014 Crazy Goals
1) To swim 100 100s between Christmas 2014 and New Years 2015... in one day... in one swim session. That's a 10k in the pool, or 6.2 miles. Of swimming. In. A. Pool.

January 12 - Disney Half Marathon - DONE! 2:33:32 PR for me!
February 17 - GW Marathon Relay - DONE! 1:50:48 for my 9.8 mile part of it
April 13 - St Charles Running Festival 10 miler - DONE! 1:55:17 slower than last year
April 19 - Colonies Zone Swim Meet 1000 yds - Skipped the meet, but did the swim - 20:32
May 12 - Kinetic Sprint Tri - DONE! 2:08:02 longest sprint EVER! 
June 1 - Zooma Annapolis Half Marathon DONE! 2:51:52 Not my best, by far!
June 23 - Rev3 Williamsburg Olympic Tri DONE! 3:39:11 Not too shabby for no training. Oops?
August 17 - Luray International Tri - skipped
August 18 - Luray Sprint Tri - skipped
September 14 - Dulles Day 5k (on a RUNWAY!) - DONE! 29:29 Not quite a PR, but close!
December 1 - Space Coast Half Marathon - DONE! 2:34:05 Got it done!


2013 Sane Goals
1) Incorporate yoga & foam rolling into my routine.
2) Track food/calories.
3) Drop back to 145 lbs. - working on this 
4) Eat healthier for the new medical issues. - in progress!
5) Get more personal training clients.
6) Start actually training again! - in progress
