Today's workout was supposed to be:
Sunday Brick: 90 min. - 2 hour ride/ 30 min. run
But, it's my birthday and I didn't wanna. :) In all seriousness, we had brunch with J's cousins and then did some shopping. I did get a 30 min ride in and a 3 mile walk, so that's good, right?
Coach L broke her ankle last week, so she won't be at our workouts next week (which will be a different post). I hope she's ok other than the broken ankle. That would totally suck...
