I am happy to announce that I ACTUALLY finished a swim workout before work today! It was a great swim, which means I probably didn't push myself nearly hard enough. For my drills, I did a pull drill, bilateral breathing drill, and a fingertip drill. My one minute intervals were 50s.
I'm feeling stronger with my left side breathing, now I just need to get it to feel more natural.
Total swim: 1200 yards
