Broken Mile Swim

Today's swim was the broken mile:

11 laps, rest, 10 laps, rest, 9 laps, rest, 8 laps, rest, 7 laps, rest, 6 laps, rest, 5 laps, rest, 4 laps, rest, 3 laps, rest, 2 laps, rest, 1 lap, DONE!

I actually got all of the way through it! I even did 100m warmup and 75m cooldown. It felt great.

When I got out of the pool, the woman who does the swim lessons for beginners was asking me if I've ever been on swim team. That made me feel pretty good... even though I'm far from being great!
