Week 1 High Volume Transition Plan

This is week 1 of the high volume transition plan; AKA: get your crap together before training actually starts! So, I'm supposed to be taking off. Since I've been doing pretty light cardio the past couple of weeks anyhow, I think I'll just continue to do whatever I want on whichever days.

Here's what will likely happen this week:

Monday
Bike (Trainer Road workout)
Yoga - Shoulder and Hip Opener sequences

Tuesday
TNT
Run - 15 to 20 minutes

Wednesday
Swim (because I haven't been in the pool in 3 weeks) - I'll be keeping it light

Thursday
TNT
Run - 15 to 20 minutes

Friday
off

Saturday
Bike

Sunday
Run - MAYBE
