Swim - wu - 400 swim and drills; 20 x 25 m all out with 50 m active rest recovery; 300 cool down - pull, kick, non free
Here's what I did:
Swim - wu - 250 swim and drills; 18 x 25 m all out with 50 m active rest recovery; 50 cool down - pull, kick, non free
Total: 1650m
I was definitely dragging this morning. Once I got into the grove of the swim, it felt good. Coach L and H & M were talking about the future of Amazia. I only caught pieces of it, and am a bit curious. We'll see what happens.
