Track/Speed workout; 5k time trial
Wednesday
Swim - wu - 400 swim and drills; 3 x 500 yd. 15 sec rest btwn. Time trial pace; 300 cool down - pull, kick, non free
Thursday
Bike -wu; 10 x 1 mile repeats; cd
Run - 15-30 min. after the bike
Friday
Swim-
6-10 x 100 yd. with 15-20 sec. rest btwn.
Good wu and cd
Saturday
Bootcamp
Sunday
Swim/Bike brick
Swim Clinic at Reston / Bike Reston course after.
