Last week on the olympic distance plan. Then starts the craziness! No TNT this week, so hopefully I'll be able to get everything done.
Monday: Off/Yoga
Tuesday: Spin class
Wednesday: Swim (1750m)
Thursday: Run (34 min)
Friday: Swim (1600m)
Saturday: Cycle (1 hr 30 min)
Sunday: Run (1 hr)
On April 14th, I have a 10 mile race... I'm so not ready! Ugh.
No bike news quite yet. A few other discussions need to happen with the bike store and then hopefully I'll have news.
