Week 3, HIM training

Monday - off
Tuesday - TNT/Spin class
Wednesday - Swim (1600m)/Run, intervals (40 min)
Thursday - TNT/Cycle (1 hr 15 min)
Friday - Swim (1600m)/Run (40 min)
Saturday - Run (55 min)
Sunday - Swim (2000m) /Cycle (1 hr 45 min)

Saturday and Sunday are going to be interesting. I really need to get all 3 workouts done on Saturday because Sunday's just super busy - fun, but busy.
