I did the run on Monday... and then proceeded to slack off a bit during the week. Today, I got up and did a swim (which was a great reminder about why I need to get my butt in the pool more often). Then, I "rested" a few hours and had a run with a friend. That was great... I feel like death come over. Sigh. So much work to be done. And now, I'm going to shower, write some workouts, and relax a bit.
