I've been kind of slacking again. I got on my bike on Thursday and that was about it. Sigh. For the race - I know I'm good for the swim, I can do the bike, the run has me worried. It'll be OK. I'll walk what I have to... I just HAVE to come in before the time limit. It'll be FINE.
I'm glad it's the end of the recovery week. I need to kick it back in gear!
